The "liberation" pump used in Thailand
The "liberation" pump was constructed in 1947, but the invention is much older. See [161].

The crucial point in this construction is the piston plungers. They are fastened at intervals on to an endless chain, which passes through a vertical tube. The construction is factory-made and has a high degree of reliability.
